For a decade, Connixt has built iMarq around one goal: make life easier for the people who keep assets running. That decade of digitizing work orders, inspections, and compliance records created something new along the way, a backbone of structured, time-stamped field data that AI can finally put to use.
“We built iMarq for one reason: to make life easier for the people who keep assets running. AI does not change that goal, it extends it,” says Prabu Ekambaram, CTO and Co-Founder of Connixt.
That principle shows up in how Connixt decides what to build in the first place. If a feature will not get used by the technician in the field, if it will not get acted on by their manager, if the people signing off on it cannot justify it, it does not ship.
The iMarq Summer 2026 release puts that idea into practice. It focuses on three problems fleets deal with every day: keeping track of one of their most expensive components, closing the gap between what happens on the road and what happens in the shop, and getting technicians answers faster without digging through documentation. Here’s what’s new.
Tires Module: A Dedicated Workflow for Your Most Expensive Line Item
Tires are one of the most expensive line items in any fleet maintenance budget, yet that work has historically been managed through generic forms and standalone work orders never built with tires specifically in mind. The new Tires module is designed around the full lifecycle of a tire, from installation through retirement. Fleets can log inspections and tread depth readings per tire and per position, capture photos to document wear over time, and build a complete service history for every tire in the fleet, all inside the same iMarq workflow used for other maintenance tasks.

Isaac Integration: Closing the Gap Between the Road and the Shop
iMarq now connects directly to Isaac Instruments telematics. When a driver logs a DVIR defect, a fault code fires, or an odometer or hours-of-service threshold is reached, iMarq automatically generates a work order, complete with location data, that lands directly on a technician’s mobile device. Once the job is closed, the status syncs back to Isaac and the full maintenance record posts to your backend CMMS or EAM, so every system reflects the same information at the same time.

Pinpoint: Ask Your Manuals Anything
Pinpoint, a new capability inside iBot, searches directly within an organization’s own equipment manuals and technical documentation, and answers technician questions with a citation down to the page and paragraph. It’s especially useful for fleets managing equipment from multiple OEMs, crews with differing experience levels, or a mix of technologies running concurrently, like a hybrid fleet.
Why These Three, Together
Each of these features tackles a different point of friction: cost visibility, the gap between field and shop, and slow access to documentation. But they share the same underlying goal, one that reflects where Connixt believes maintenance technology needs to go: give fleets and their crews the information they need, exactly when they need it, without extra steps standing in the way.
