Enhance real-time communication between administrators and field teams with targeted messaging campaigns. This feature utilizes a login-triggered flag to ensure that critical safety alerts, weather updates, or operational changes are delivered directly to a user’s mobile device the moment they sign in. To ensure 100% visibility, the notification persists until the user acknowledges the message, at which point the flag is automatically cleared and the record is updated for compliance.
- Admin Configuration: Draft custom messages and attach external URLs via the iMarq Web portal.
- Targeted Delivery: Broadcast to all users or specific subgroups for maximum relevance.
- Mandatory Visibility: Alerts appear as a pop-up immediately after login, ensuring messages are read before work begins.
- Read Receipts: Automatically logs timestamps when a user acknowledges a message for a full audit trail.
- In-App Web View: Access attached links directly within iMarq with a simple navigation path back to the active work queue.

We are excited to launch our first-class integration with RTA, allowing for seamless service request management and asset tracking.
- Bi-directional Service Requests: Create and sync RTA requests directly from the mobile app.

- Rich Media Support: Upload up to 8 images per request with in-app annotation tools.

iBot AI Maintenance Assistant
In addition to our core features, we are continuing to expand the capabilities of iBot, your AI-powered maintenance assistant.
As part of our ongoing roadmap, we are rolling out enhanced intelligence upgrades for iBot, including predictive fault analysis and contextual history retrieval. iBot now works alongside your technicians to identify recurring patterns and surface technical manuals or historical fixes in real-time—turning your team’s data into an active maintenance partner.
