Customer-Centered Innovation
Feedback from customers has been both humbling and inspiring. Their insights have consistently highlighted a shared need across industries: the demand for smarter, simpler, and faster ways to scale maintenance operations while improving efficiency for crews. These insights have been instrumental in shaping our approach to enhancing iMarq.
For example, our intelligent assistant, iBot, now offers multilingual support and advanced analytics, making it easier for teams to gain actionable insights from maintenance data. We have also improved our reports and dashboards, enabling real-time tracking of key performance indicators such as Standard Repair Times (SRTs), response times, and material consumption rates. These upgrades help maintenance managers oversee assets, parts, and workforce productivity with greater precision.
Making Maintenance Easier and More Productive
Productivity remained a central focus for us throughout the year. New features like push notifications were introduced to ensure crews have immediate access to critical information and urgent notifications, regardless of their location. We also prioritized seamless integration by continuing to enhance iMarq’s ability to integrate with any back-end system including telematics and legacy systems. This flexibility ensures that iMarq effortlessly digitizes existing workflows, regardless of the backend infrastructure.
One Platform, Many Solutions: Scaling Maintenance with iMarq
Recognizing that maintenance needs vary widely across companies, we developed iMarq Essential, a simplified version of the platform. Built on the same robust infrastructure as iMarq Business, Essential offers an intuitive interface and core features for tracking and recording maintenance data. It’s an ideal entry point for smaller companies and smaller crews adopting a maintenance platform for the first time. Meanwhile, the Business and Enterprise editions have been enhanced to include advanced analytics, multiple integrations, AI assistants and comprehensive inventory management capabilities.

As our customer base has grown, so too has the volume and diversity of feedback we receive—a welcome and invaluable development. This growing pool of insights provides us with a deeper understanding of the challenges and priorities faced by different industries. Each piece of feedback plays a crucial role in shaping our product roadmap and enhancing our feature set. By incorporating these perspectives, we ensure that our platform evolves in ways that deliver meaningful solutions and meet the real-world needs of our users.
