Connixt iMarq is the mobile-first, smart asset maintenance solution, is launching a major update in March at the American Trucking Association’s TMC 2025 annual Meeting, introducing new capabilities in inventory tracking, asset insights, and communication. The latest version of iMarq enhances inventory management with real-time tracking for parts and supplies ensuring that crew always have the right resources available.  Digital cycle counts with iMarq is a new feature that eliminates paper work and the manual processes that otherwise typically consume inordinate amounts of time while also frequently halting work in the shops. iMarq also now provides for digital receiving and issues in addition to automated monitoring of min/max levels and reorder points.  With better control over stock levels and automated alerts and reporting, organizations can reduce shortages and excess inventory, leading to fewer disruptions in maintenance workflows. These improvements allow maintenance managers to optimize inventory usage, minimize downtime, and ensure critical parts are on hand when needed. 

In addition to inventory enhancements, the update includes improvements to iBot, the AI Maintenance Assistant, which now provides deeper insights into asset performance and maintenance costs. With these updates, teams can now access a detailed history of repairs and inspections for any asset, and monitor resource consumption, including parts and labor hours. iBot enables faster data retrieval and trend analysis, allowing organizations to assess maintenance costs over time, make more informed budgeting decisions, and implement strategies to extend asset lifespan. 

Broadcast communication with the crew is another key focus of this update. iMarq now offers advanced messaging and notification features, ensuring that critical updates reach the right people. Teams can broadcast messages enabling  user-specific notifications, and track whether messages have been read.  These improvements enhance transparency and coordination, helping maintenance teams stay aligned on priorities and respond quickly to operational needs.
